Palak Paneer ಪಾಲಕ್ ಪನ್ನೀರ್ ( No Onion No Garlic )



 To prepare palak paneer without onions, you will need the following ingredients:

  • Spinach (palak)
  • Paneer (cottage cheese)
  • Tomatoes
  • Ginger-garlic paste
  • Spices (such as coriander powder, red chili powder, and garam masala)
  • Seasoning Coriander & Kasuri Methi
  • Fresh Cream
  • Oil or ghee for cooking
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Blanch the spinach leaves in boiling water for a couple of minutes, then puree them in a blender.
  2. Heat oil or ghee in a pan and add Cumin Seeds. Cook until fragrant.
  3. Add the tomatoes, Chilli and cook until they are soft and pulpy.
  4. Add coriander powder, red chili powder and cook for a minute.
  5. Add the spinach puree and bring to a simmer. Cook for a few minutes.
  6. Add the paneer and cook for a few minutes until the paneer is heated through.
  7. Add Garam Masala
  8. Season with salt to taste.
  9. Add fresh crean
  10. Serve with rice or roti.
