To prepare palak paneer without onions, you will need the following ingredients:
- Spinach (palak)
- Paneer (cottage cheese)
- Tomatoes
- Ginger-garlic paste
- Spices (such as coriander powder, red chili powder, and garam masala)
- Seasoning Coriander & Kasuri Methi
- Fresh Cream
- Oil or ghee for cooking
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Blanch the spinach leaves in boiling water for a couple of minutes, then puree them in a blender.
- Heat oil or ghee in a pan and add Cumin Seeds. Cook until fragrant.
- Add the tomatoes, Chilli and cook until they are soft and pulpy.
- Add coriander powder, red chili powder and cook for a minute.
- Add the spinach puree and bring to a simmer. Cook for a few minutes.
- Add the paneer and cook for a few minutes until the paneer is heated through.
- Add Garam Masala
- Season with salt to taste.
- Add fresh crean
- Serve with rice or roti.
